The service worked nicely I had signal most of the times but the speed was not as expected, having 5G service.

I bought for my trip to Japan. The network was very good, most time it was 5G while I was in Japan. However, the setup was very difficult. I setup my phone a day before my travel. I got errors constantly after I scanned the QR code that was given in the email. Then I tried the second day which was a few hours before I got on the airplane. I got a different error that said my QR code was invalid. I had to call the customs service. I did not know what they did, they told me I joined the network. Indeed, I could see Ubigi in my phone's cell carriers. I almost gave up Ugigi to buy another service that my friend told me.

Had some issues getting this installed and working at the Narita airport. On Android. I know it is not easy to keep track of all variants of Android UI's, but you really need to have a rock solid set of instructions that I don't have to guess in order to make it work. After seeing Ubigi on the gadget show, we gave it a go, and when needed worked perfectly, the reason why I say this we were on a P & O cruise and only used when we landed as you cannot use this on board as you have to buy their WiFi/Internet package, which is extortionate.
