The service worked nicely I had signal most of the times but the speed was not as expected, having 5G service.

Had some issues getting this installed and working at the Narita airport. On Android. I know it is not easy to keep track of all variants of Android UI's, but you really need to have a rock solid set of instructions that I don't have to guess in order to make it work. If I try 3 times, I know that is already too many times for any of my relatives and friends, and they will give up.

After seeing Ubigi on the gadget show, we gave it a go, and when needed worked perfectly, the reason why I say this we were on a P & O cruise and only used when we landed as you cannot use this on board as you have to buy their WiFi/Internet package, which is extortionate.

Works seamlessly across Europe and on the odd time when there has been a problem the customer services people have been very helpful. Great value for money.
