Tsohost Tracking Order Status

Really great support from Robert in fixing a couple of issues and speeding up my site!

Started off great but I would not recommend anymore. Recently been acquired by another company.

Daniela solved all my problems with domain transfer. If you have any problems transferring your domain away from TSOHost, don't hesitate to raise a ticket and politely ask for support. You will not be disappointed.

Continued degradation in service with no customer compensation. Most recently they have removed email forwarding as a standard part of Domain registration so they will not be my provider when it's time to renew.

I have used tsoHost for years without problems. But after months of issues with email, and a nosedive in customer service, I feel I have no option but to transfer my domain and hosting to a new provider. The latest issue has left me locked out of email for 3 days and counting, forcing me to hassle the support team via a ticket system which has led to precisely zero replies so far. There is no other way to reach the team, even though my emails are bouncing and irretrievable. It’s a shameful way to treat a loyal customer, and a real disappointment because customer service was good until a few months ago. Ironically I can’t even transfer my domain urgently because it requires an update to the domain’s IPS tag that can only be requested - you guessed it - via a support ticket. No reply yet.
