Daniela solved all my problems with domain transfer. If you have any problems transferring your domain away from TSOHost, don't hesitate to raise a ticket and politely ask for support. You will not be disappointed.

About 4 days delay in replying to tickets. Also the chat has significant delays from 30 minute and more. Other than that, the hosting package is great.

Andrew was easily the best customer service rep I've ever spoken to. He went above and beyond to help me over the course of an hour, even staying 20 minutes after his shift to make sure everything was alright. He was friendly and informative, he made sure I knew everything that was going on which was massively appreciated. He's a credit to the entire team, 10/10

Nicoleta-Laura Answered my queries very quickly with the minimum of fuss . And easily understood my issues , even when I perhaps didn’t know what I was talking about ! Nicoleta even emailed me directly when we got disconnected in the chat . Very very impressed !
