TracFone Tracking Order Status

TRAC CUSTERMER SERVICE IS POOR AND AUTOMATED SERVICE IS POOR. I SPENT 1/2 HOUR ON PHONE TO RESOLVE ISSUE AND I FINALLY HUNGUP DUE TO GETTING NO PLACE. AUTOMATED SYSTEM IS CLUELESS..,.

Overall experience: I lost my android smartphone and got TracFone Wireless (Nokia N139DL) Worked fine for four months (no plan; $15 a month, then went to $10 with automatic "refills"). Suddenly, was "Call failed" each and every time. Was able to text Customer Support (Chatbot) and none of the fixes worked. There was no way I could discern to contact a live agent. Tried again just now, but phone is primitive, and I could not see message on small screen I was texting on. I did get an agent, but I was texting gibberish. (2nd star is for actually getting an agent) Basically, you need a working phone to tell them why your phone isn't working. Really need an email conversation with them but I could not find that option on their website. I am ready to buy another smartphone (Apple). With this Nokia I had barely one bar so it may not be the best choice for one's only phone. My understanding is they use the Verizon network. I have my internet (the "wired" wireless and/ or FIOS) with Verizon and have had no problems. I did speak with Verizon about a new phone via email chat (another horrendous experience as they have two lines of support for wireless and Fios) I was speaking with the wrong person for 30 minutes and then got transferred to the right person and had to go through everything again. As of now I have NO working phone. The whole experience has left me exhausted and frustrated. I'm ready to go back to a landline... (Are those still even available?) Update: After reading many of the 1-star reviews and noting the dates, it appears this used to be a much better company. It seems things turned sour after they were purchased by Verizon. They could be experiencing transition woes. I have Verizon services for internet and had them for phone service also. I may check out Consumer Cellular or Mint Mobile. Has anyone out there had experience with either?

I got a TraceFone to review it and wow the customer service absolutely sucks it was very hard to put minutes on it and when I tested the apps and stuff the camera sucks and I'm not able to send any videos which is really dumb. Overall it's a pretty trash phone Its probably only useful as a backup phone sense the call and texting app work fine. Good thing I have my iphone13

First month all was well. Then I bought a second month of service and my phone didn't work. Finally text & data worked but I couldn't make any calls. Three calls to customer service and over an hour later and I still cannot make calls. !!!

incredibly inexpensive, I have had satisfactory service experiences for over a decade. I do not understand the negativity. But will be more wary.
