Totokaelo Tracking Order Status

I was very hesitant to order from Totokaelo, given the bad reviews on here. However, I thought there was nothing really to loose since i would be using paypal to pay, and paypal has a pretty awesome 100% buyer protection. I ordered 3 separate orders, and received them all pretty quickly. Only problem, if there was any, was that i ordered some amazingly priced rick owens jeans that I did not receive conformation of shipping for, however the item did ship and got here in no time. This place is definitely on par with Ssense and Mrporter. They have great online customer service too.

I was hesitant when I saw the poor reviews, but they have been great with shipping and the order process was quick and I am satisfied with product they sent me.

J'ai trouvé la paire des bottes Margiela introuvable en Europe. Sachant que cette paire vient de la collection passée Totokaelo la vend à plein tarif. Mais "une surprise" à la reception: les bottes arrivent dans la vieille boîte entièrement cassée avec les vieilles papiers dedans comme si ils étaient trouvés à la poubelle...Du coup même une trace d'un talon sur une des bottes....(((( Bottes étant neuves je les garde. Mais je me demande comment ils gardent leur stock??!

Overall totokaelo has a beautiful curated website and a wide range of designer goods. However, their customer service is undeniably bad. It took them 10 days to ship my order whilst ignoring several e-mails . At least the shipping was quick,took 3 days from the US to Germany.

Totokaelo has an attractive website and some nice designer items. Yet, the service leaves much to be desired. On 29 June, I purchased one item and paid USD25 for international priority shipping, with delivery within 6-10 business days. It is now 12 July and I still have not heard from them. By comparison, comparable sites such as Net-a-Porter, Luisaviaroma & Farfetch are amazingly fast in delivery. I purchased some items from Farfetch today; delivery is free; and I have already received a message from DHL that delivery will be on the 16th. I am afraid Totokaelo will have to drastically enhance its processing and shipping speed in order to keep its customers.
