The White Company Tracking Order Status

I generally love The White Company as their aesthetic is 100% aligned to mine. That said, I’ve noticed lately that the quality of some items isn’t quite what it used to be. Thankfully returns are simple when items don’t work, but I def keep about 90% of what I buy online. Love it.

Ordered an online voucher for a friends birthday and it was emailed to her very quickly.

Kept fully informed of delivery status. Parcels always arrive on time.

Ordered a set of PJs that did not arrive with the rest of my order. No explanation, no invoice or other paperwork with the order. Had to get in touch with customer service. Who were excellent and refunded the item. I should have been told if the item was out of stock, the order should not have been taken in the first place.
