The White Company – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I generally love The White Company as their aesthetic is 100% aligned to mine. That said, I’ve noticed lately that the quality of some items isn’t quite what it used to be. Thankfully returns are simple when items don’t work, but I def keep about 90% of what I buy online. Love it.

Ordered an online voucher for a friends birthday and it was emailed to her very quickly.

Kept fully informed of delivery status. Parcels always arrive on time.

Fast delivery and sadly the shirt I purchased wasn’t the correct fit so sent it back & had a full refund within 2 days, fabulous. Would have given 5* but the shirt was packaged in a box & wouldn’t go through the letterbox, so had to ask a neighbour to collect from my safe place which would normally be fine but I was away for the night, maybe you should consider using large paper envelopes for items that will fit through the letterbox!
