The Knot Tracking Order Status

I used to be get leads and make my money back. However its been declining and its nothing but spam, no one follows up. I use to advertise in the first page. i Get most of my leads from referrals, instagram and google. save your money, for the amount you pay its not worth it. I cancelled my membership today.

We ordered wedding invitations. The design team was very helpful. Our invitations were stolen from our porch upon delivery and The Knot sent us our order again, free of charge and no questions asked. That really meant a lot to us and I think demonstrates that the company cares about its customers.

My business grew incredibly fast from working out of a commissary to becoming one of the biggest catering companies in Jacksonville, thanks to the Knott and Wedding Wire. Fred Davoli

Update: Changing from 1 to 4 stars. After a few emails and a lot of phone calls/voicemails, someone finally responded. They were able to expedite my order and overnighted the prints. So it was a mixed experience. Just make sure you give plenty of time towards any prints you need for your wedding! Plus side is that the prints are beautiful! Horrible experience ordering invitations and printed materials from The Knot. They claim to make it easy and it has been terrible in reality. It’s impossible to contact customer service. They are not responding to any of my voicemails or emails. There have been zero updates on why there is a delay on getting my order processed. I paid a lot of money to them and have received nothing.
