We ordered wedding invitations. The design team was very helpful. Our invitations were stolen from our porch upon delivery and The Knot sent us our order again, free of charge and no questions asked. That really meant a lot to us and I think demonstrates that the company cares about its customers.

Update: Changing from 1 to 4 stars. After a few emails and a lot of phone calls/voicemails, someone finally responded. They were able to expedite my order and overnighted the prints. So it was a mixed experience. Just make sure you give plenty of time towards any prints you need for your wedding! Plus side is that the prints are beautiful! Horrible experience ordering invitations and printed materials from The Knot. They claim to make it easy and it has been terrible in reality. It’s impossible to contact customer service. They are not responding to any of my voicemails or emails. There have been zero updates on why there is a delay on getting my order processed. I paid a lot of money to them and have received nothing.

I work closely with Heather D. on The Knot, she does an outstanding job of ensuring our business utilizes all of the features on The Knot, the way it was intended to be optimally utilized. There were areas on the site, that weren't being used correctly she kindly and professionally pointed them out and has guided us to success.
