FRYE Tracking Order Status

Frye WAS my go-to handbag and shoe company. I have over a dozen purses and several pairs of shoes/boots. I purchased a "Claire" handbag with an ornate strap. It was less than 2 weeks old and the strap started falling apart. A $300 bag and it's falling apart. I contacted Frye and they said "too bad, so sad." would not replace the strap as requested and offered no other remedy. So disappointing. I've purchased my last Frye product.

I don't usually write reviews but when you spend a lot of money on products especially from an iconic brand like Frye you expect them to have good customer service policies. I purchased the new Kenzie Venetian flats at the end of January in an 8.5 which is my normal size but occasionally have to go up to a 9. However, these felt big, floppy even, but I really loved the look and thought maybe an insert would help. I really wanted these to work so I wore them with the insert around the house a little bit but they absolutely killed my heals because the leather is so stiff and my foot keeps lifting out of them. Needless to say now that the season has arrived for me to wear them I have decided I just need to return them after 50 days, they haven't been worn outside. The bigger problem is that they will not take them back after 30 days, which is ridicules! What kind of policy and customer service is that?! I have been a consumer of their boots since the 70's but I will never buy another pair again. Buyer Beware.

Frye boots are top quality. Their customer service is stellar. Excellent shopping. Amazing boots & shoes!

I love love love Frye boots, I will never buy anything else!!!! I have six pairs and would love a seventh if it wasn't just after Christmas :) they are the most beautiful and best made boots I have ever had in my entire life and I am 54!! i have over 400 pairs of shoes, but my Frye boots are BY FAR my most favorite!!! My hat is off to this truly spectacular company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the Frye boots that I have but I did have some trouble actually settling on a pair. I have both a pair of the harness boots and a pair of tall Veronica boots and love them both. However I Had to order many pairs until finding good ones as the quality and sizing do not seems to be consistent. I did not have any trouble with my returns.
