FRYE – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Frye WAS my go-to handbag and shoe company. I have over a dozen purses and several pairs of shoes/boots. I purchased a "Claire" handbag with an ornate strap. It was less than 2 weeks old and the strap started falling apart. A $300 bag and it's falling apart. I contacted Frye and they said "too bad, so sad." would not replace the strap as requested and offered no other remedy. So disappointing. I've purchased my last Frye product.

Got a pair of Venetian shoes wore them 4 times and the sewing came undone. I contacted customer service and they were most unhelpful as I was outside the 30 day window for returns. I sent photos showing that they were essentially new, hardly worn, without even a scuff on them. Still nothing. In the email they even say "we do not have a warranty for our products at this time." You'd think for what they charged for them they'd have a little wiggle room in their customer service.

Frye boots are top quality. Their customer service is stellar. Excellent shopping. Amazing boots & shoes!

I love love love Frye boots, I will never buy anything else!!!! I have six pairs and would love a seventh if it wasn't just after Christmas :) they are the most beautiful and best made boots I have ever had in my entire life and I am 54!! i have over 400 pairs of shoes, but my Frye boots are BY FAR my most favorite!!! My hat is off to this truly spectacular company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the Frye boots that I have but I did have some trouble actually settling on a pair. I have both a pair of the harness boots and a pair of tall Veronica boots and love them both. However I Had to order many pairs until finding good ones as the quality and sizing do not seems to be consistent. I did not have any trouble with my returns.
