TGI Friday's Tracking Order Status

Lovely food and lovely staff in the Bournemouth TGI Fridays Bournemouth however only reason why it isn’t a 5 star is because I asked for no mushroom in my burger and I still received a mushroom. Portion sizes are very good and very filling

I visited the Bolton Middlebrook branch on Wednesday. The food was served quickly and was lovely.. our waiter was called Harrison. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very kind to our disabled daughter, treating her like a regular little girl instead of avoiding her like most places do. I hope this can get to him so he knows he is appreciated, he really brightened up my daughter’s week.

Visited TGI's in Croydon. Fantastic experience; Morgan our server was friendly, welcoming, polite and the service was great. Food was tasty, 2 4 1 cocktails, can never go wrong with as they are delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Myself and my wife.Booked for the Wembley outlet centre branch, as we were going to a show at the arena.Disappointed that on days when there is a show on, it is a reduced menu. With not much of a choice of food. If we had been made aware of this, then we wouldn’t have booked. Ordered our food at 16:45 a hour and fifteen minutes later, we had to ask where our food was. 18:10 we finally got our food. The onion rings we uneatable, as they were burnt. As we were meeting friends at 18:30 we had to scoff our food down quickly and get out. This place is over priced and not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favour, and book somewhere else.
