Lovely food and lovely staff in the Bournemouth TGI Fridays Bournemouth however only reason why it isn’t a 5 star is because I asked for no mushroom in my burger and I still received a mushroom. Portion sizes are very good and very filling

I visited the Bolton Middlebrook branch on Wednesday. The food was served quickly and was lovely.. our waiter was called Harrison. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very kind to our disabled daughter, treating her like a regular little girl instead of avoiding her like most places do. I hope this can get to him so he knows he is appreciated, he really brightened up my daughter’s week.

Visited TGI's in Croydon. Fantastic experience; Morgan our server was friendly, welcoming, polite and the service was great. Food was tasty, 2 4 1 cocktails, can never go wrong with as they are delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Went to TGI Fridays in North Watford to celebrate my birthday with my family so we had a big table. Loved the NY taxi and the motorbike outside the restaurant. The girl who served us was Maria and she was absolutely brilliant. The food was not great which is why I have given it 4/5 stars but the service we got from Maria was brilliant and I loved the restaurant. Nice and big and easy parking. They sang happy birthday to me which was a lovely surprise and gave me a cake. The problem with the food was that the nachos were tasteless as there was no guacamole on them! Then my chilli beef chimichanga had no rice inside it so they brought me a separate bowl of rice. Kids menu was great and we loved our drinks. I would go back as I really like the restaurant.
