Tangerine Tracking Order Status

Fairly disappointing! I was a customer for a few years, missed the cancellation deadline by 10hrs, and they charged me a full extra month. Very out of touch for a company priding itself on customer service and in the middle of a cost of living crisis.

I switched to Tangerine in October 2023 after a lengthy and unhappy Fixed Wireless NBN experience from my previous provider with consistently low download speeds (ranging between 8Mbps up to 25Mbps on a 50 plan), with multiple daily dropouts/outages and an unhelpful call centre who couldn't or wouldn't resolve the issues. Immediately after connecting to Tangerine (using the same hardware) all the issues miraculously disappeared. Since then Tangerine's provided us with a fast and reliable service on their Fixed Wireless Plus 75/10 Plan. Around April/May 2024 the NBN completed upgrades to the Fixed Wireless service in my area to achieve 100/20, which involved some planned outages. Tangerine's communications and information made it easy for me to check the NBN outage status myself and to reboot the system to the upgraded service. The download speed at peak times has been just under 90Mbps 👏

Wanted to try tangerine NBN but sadly it's not available to my apartment. Called customer support for refund and staff got it done for me very briefly. Overall i would say good customer service.

I have been a new Tangerine NBN internet customer, and I have been experiencing fluctuating internet speeds for the past few days, or perhaps longer because I was mainly reading the news and the odd streaming services. Then, I noticed the fluctuating internet speeds for NBN50, and it was below 10 mbps in the evenings! Have been in touch with them and they reckoned the root cause is the NBN service is not activated or provisioned properly so they now refer it to the provisioning team. As customers, we are entitled reliable internet and if the current issue is not fixed in 3 business days, I need to do something.
