Swims Tracking Order Status

Elendig service, sendte en jakke retur, har stadig ikke modtaget beløbet der skal refunderes 3 uger efter på trods af mails er sendt afsted… Ærgeligt med så lækre produkter at man ikke kan finde ud af at styre sin forretning.. Sidste gang jeg handler på deres hjemmeside…

I purchased a pair of Swims directly from their website. I unboxed them in, tried them on and put them in my suitcase as we were about to go in a beach vacation. When we returned from the trip, I noticed a white decorative stripe across the shoes looked off color, slightly orange. They immediately became defensive when I sent them a picture of the shoe to customer service. The agent began to ask me questions about whether I had proof of purchase, and if I washed the shoe according to the directions. Anyway, with no further discussion, they sent me a $25 gift card for a future purchase. No thanks. I will not be spending any more money on swims shoes.

I ordered quite a few items from Swims to send to the UK. The quality was ok, although I already lost one button! The big issue was that I was charged import tax by DHL, which was meant to be covered by Swims. I paid as otherwise, the items wouldn't be sent by DHL. So, I asked Swims to confirm why I paid the import tax. They confirmed it should be charged to them, not me! However, that is the only time they have ever responded to an email. So, I am waiting to get a refund from DHL. I wouldn't recommend Swims as the quality of products seems OK at best, but they communication is really poor and I've been overcharged for goods.
