sunglass hut Tracking Order Status

When buying premium brand sunglasses you don’t expect them to be delivered with fingerprints all over the frame and lenses. Very poor.

Poor layout, limited display items and too many inexperienced staff Visited Bluewater store after reviewing items online. Had nothing I asked about and weren't interested in actually spending time with me Ended up at David Clulow Opticians in Bluewater who had far better range of sunglasses and were really helpful

A actually went to store to buy sunglasses they refused my cash I had to pay on card that is very sad for a big company like this , I will never buy from them again.

I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses yesterday and today I just have seen that one of them has a scratch on one of the lens. I went with them back in the shop and Manfred and Lee were the ones who helped me to get this sorted and made an exchange for me. Since I entered in the shop they were really friendly and helpful and I would rate their customer service as a 5 star. Well done Manfred and Lee from Covent Garden, London location, you are doing a great job in making the customers happy!

June 26th, 2023 After my review, customer service contacted me and solved my issue. The response was nice and very professional, I give it 5 stars. After an evaluation process, they decided to change the sunglasses for a new pair. I don't understand why the sales associate in the stores doesn't know the procedure for a claim. I live the 2 stars only to help other customers that are having after-sales service claims. Thanks. June 3rd, 2023. You can see the quality of a brand when asking for a warranty. Last year I bought Vogue sunglasses for my child. After using it for a small period of time the frame opens so badly that she could not use any more. Yesterday I went to Sunglass Hut at Rideau Centre and the lady tried to help us but the result was awful. She used a warm-up tool that close the legs but the shape of the sunglasses was gone. They never asked for my invoice, and when I asked her for the warranty the only question was if I bought the warranty care. Off course not, no one told me about it, and most of the time when you purchase in a recognized place you have at least 1-year warranty. I doubt Sunglass Hut for buying a piece of sunglasses in the future.
