I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses yesterday and today I just have seen that one of them has a scratch on one of the lens. I went with them back in the shop and Manfred and Lee were the ones who helped me to get this sorted and made an exchange for me. Since I entered in the shop they were really friendly and helpful and I would rate their customer service as a 5 star. I went to the store in Westfield Stratford and spoke to Sasha, she was so lovely, friendly and extremely helpful! I wasn’t sure what glasses would suit me and Sasha explained all the different shapes and showed me a variety of brands. In the end I was really happy with my choice and I recommend visiting this store and speaking to Sasha. Thank you so much again Sasha :)

We went in the store in Soho and weren’t sure what glasses suited my partners head size. After walking round and trying lots on to no avail, a salesperson named Rajveer suggested a pair and they happened to be the perfect style. Whether this was luck or experience, Rajveer was so helpful and pleasant to speak to, I ended up being up-sold and bought myself a pair as well. I normally hate pushy salespeople in shops but this was one of the best in store experiences I have had and I happily handed over more than £300 but felt great about the experience. Keep it up Rajveer and you will be running the place in the near future
