SugarSync Tracking Order Status

I've had a nagging problem with synchronizing (actually, merging) two Macbooks where I cloned the older one onto the newer one, but want to still use both, with mirrored hard drives. I called technical support when I saw the FAQs really wouldn't help this complex problem. I immediately reached Luis M who was brilliant, patient, limitlessly helpful and man-o-man does he know his stuff. He walked me through a very complex process and I am incredibly thankful. I've had SugarSync for over a decade, and this technical support was worth every penny I've spent over that time. WOW. THANKS.

Ken H had me send him a log, diagnosed the problem (a corrupt database), and walked me through the fix. He stuck around till all was working properly. I was having issues with certain folders not syncing. Luis M. met me at my level of understanding, explained the problem, and remotely assisted with the fix. Working fine now. I have worked with many IT professionals, and none are as patient as Luis.
