I've had a nagging problem with synchronizing (actually, merging) two Macbooks where I cloned the older one onto the newer one, but want to still use both, with mirrored hard drives. I called technical support when I saw the FAQs really wouldn't help this complex problem. I immediately reached Luis M who was brilliant, patient, limitlessly helpful and man-o-man does he know his stuff. He walked me through a very complex process and I am incredibly thankful.
