Steelseries Tracking Order Status

Per ben due volte mi hanno sostituito il mouse difettoso gratuitamente, senza dover pagare nemmeno le spedizioni e senza rivolerlo indietro. La seconda volta addirittura mi hanno concesso di cambiare il mouse con il modello successivo e di conseguenza più costoso. Anche qui: tutto gratuitamente. Assistenza veramente ai massimi livelli, un grazie in particolare agli agenti: Andrew e Portia. (Ho comprato sul loro sito ufficiale)

Purchased my headset from a local Best Buy. Two days later I had some issues. I reached out to support through their bot and had a pretty quick experience! I'm confused with some of the reviews below, because my experience was actually simple. The support agent had some personality. Outside of 1 response that over 1 day, I was helped super quick. Their warranty instructions are LONG, but clear. I don't think enough to take a star away. I'd say this was a 4.5 experience. I've already received my replacement and they work great! Thank you SteelSeries! (Next time I'll buy from the site, sorry!)

Had a set of Arctis 7 for my birthday, great headphones however not long lasting first the mic broke, and 2 weeks later it gave up completely, this is after 18 months, for the price I would go for Bose, you might pay a little more but the quality speaks for it's self.

Honestly super bummed... i've had my Arctis for a few years, few months over warranty. And even though i've actually had a super good experience with the headset while it worked, it's now ready for the bin. I just replaced both the earcups half a year ago.. and now the plastic broke. (Can't wear it). (Steelseries Arctis Pro, wireless) .. one of the "earcups" just broke off. Apparently it's a super common problem.. it can't be used as it is.. and for the price, it should last way more than 2 years.. payed for a premium headset, and now it's just trash. The one i had prior lasted a year longer and costed me 1/3 the price. *Shrug* ..

友人に勧められて購入しましたが、以前から聞いていました。しかし、多くの悪い評価を見たとき、迷いましたが、購入することにしました。彼らのイヤホンの品質は確かに宣伝通りです。全体的にはいいですが、騒音低減にも優れていて、騒がしい環境でも効果を発揮できますが、いくつかの点で不満があります。通気性があまりよくないし、長く持つと調子が悪くなります。低音についてはまだ大きな向上の余地があると思います。そして時々「ジャラジャラ」という音が聞こえますが、何が原因なのか分かりません。今までの使用では、他に問題は見つかりませんでした。これ以上問題が出ないように…
