Staples CA Tracking Order Status

I went to the Staples on Tecumseh Rd. and had an outstanding experience. I had a complicated order and the manager, Kyle Henkel went out of his way to help me. He made recommendations as to how I could save money in the future and was extremely friendly and professional.

I bought a laptop from their show room. It was a little cheaper which made me happy. When I wanted to turn it on at home, it took me about 5 minutes t do it. I didn't pay more attention to it. It is usually on, so I did NOT know that it had a problem. Now after not even 1 year, instead of restart, it shuts down and every time it takes me at least 5 minutes to turn it on. Not happy at all

I have no choice but to order supplies from Staples because our school board has an account. The white erasers come with so much packaging it is ridiculous. Please stop putting packaging over packaging for a little eraser.

I walked into the Sequin Drive Coquitlam store and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Sholeh, she was very customer focused and deserves my FIVE STAR REVIEW for her outstanding work, and more. Sholeh is full of Management potential. Well done to Sholeh and well done to the person that hired her. Keep up the great customer service.

I’m a senior citizen who is not tech savvy. A young girl was unable to understand my request and Philip came and offered his help while being pulled in all directions. He spent quite a while walking me through what I needed, a crash course so to speak. I couldn’t have done it without his help and I’m confident I will be able to do it on my own the next time I go in. Thank you Philip for working through your break and putting the customers first.
