Staples CA – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I went to the Staples on Tecumseh Rd. and had an outstanding experience. I had a complicated order and the manager, Kyle Henkel went out of his way to help me. He made recommendations as to how I could save money in the future and was extremely friendly and professional.

I walked into the Sequin Drive Coquitlam store and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Sholeh, she was very customer focused and deserves my FIVE STAR REVIEW for her outstanding work, and more. Sholeh is full of Management potential. Well done to Sholeh and well done to the person that hired her. Keep up the great customer service.

I’m a senior citizen who is not tech savvy. A young girl was unable to understand my request and Philip came and offered his help while being pulled in all directions. He spent quite a while walking me through what I needed, a crash course so to speak. I couldn’t have done it without his help and I’m confident I will be able to do it on my own the next time I go in. Thank you Philip for working through your break and putting the customers first.

I continue to enjoy my experience with Staples.ca. The recent order of ink cartridges was typical - the order was simple to make and the delivery arrived on the date promised at the front door (it's a long, steep driveway). More importantly, the goods were undamaged and as ordered. In fact, I've never had to return an item. AND the use of a coupon was the "cherry on top". Thank you !

It was quite busy at the tech services/mail and ship/photo machines. Philip is extraordinary!! He was basically tuning the whole area himself, being pulled in many directions. He had a helper for a bit on mail and ship. Philip remained friendly, calm, and professional throughout the chaos and everyone was helped with their issues, including refilling the colour picture machine while so busy.
