Stamps.com Tracking Order Status

Used to be great. Now history won't load. Constant communication issues with their servers, and their shipment pricing is inaccurate. You'll enter information for a shipment, get a price, ship it, then find out in the history (if it works at the time) that you were actually charged quite a bit more. Not sure what caused it, but after years of use, I'm looking for something else at this point as they're intolerable and cost hours of time per week.

They do not make it clear at all that you are being roped into a recurring monthly fee until it's too late. Really shady business.

Just got the service for our business, was having trouble setting everything up so me and my manager called customer service. First they tried to let us go after just giving her the account number which is not what we asked for. We were then transferred to another person who did not know the equipment at all. She remotely came on to our computer to help then and she ended up messing up our original printer trying to add our stamps printer to it. She then hung up on us without finishing helping us.

Was getting a refund on stamps that I printed wrong. I was transferred to a customer service representative, Dumi, he was great! He worked professionally and proficiently to make sure that I got a refund thank you!

I loved using stamps.com to ship items and print from the office. The user interface is not user friendly and I'm quite tech savvy. However, it did save me money on postage..... Or so I thought. Apparently I was on a free trial, that would turn into a monthly subscription. This is the first company I've ever worked with where there was NO further communication over a period of 10 months about any ongoing/recurring charges. That's a shady business practice and I immediately canceled my account, and they did give me a partial refund.
