Stamps.com – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Was getting a refund on stamps that I printed wrong. I was transferred to a customer service representative, Dumi, he was great! He worked professionally and proficiently to make sure that I got a refund thank you!

The site is user friendly. You can customize the site once you have signed in. This saves time which is money for the office. It tells you when you start running low on funds so you don't have to remember to check the balance. It will not let you print the stamp/envelope if you forgot to complete a section.

I love Stamps.com for the convenience (of not having to go to town/post office/UPS & stand in line to buy postage & mail & ship things) & discounts on postage & UPS & the records of all sent thru Stamps.com and the database of Contact info. However, the search task for Contacts could be improved, and when shipper doesn't scan delivered - I wish Stamps.com would promptly update when appears delivered rather than me having to look up each package showing "blank" individually & look at tracking to see delivered. Also wish it was less expensive, especially insurance.

It is so convenient to print my own postage and mailing labels at home or at the office.

Love the convenience of doing it all right from our office. Website works well. Like saving money for first class postage. However, we miss the photo gallery and ability to include our own images on stamps.
