Stagecoach Tracking Order Status

The new drivers at Stagecoach are brilliant and very polite compared to some of the older drivers who can't even be bothers to smile or utter a word. The bus service is vastly improved now there are more new drivers. The H ( Arle Farm Cheltenham) bus and 41( Tewkesbury Gloucestershire) drivers are especially very good.

Over my time in Lincolnshire so far , I couldn't find anything wrong with them. Returned lost property that I stupidly left on the bus to Mablethorpe and made sure I got to my destination when I boarded the bus in Grimsby and delays meant the connection at Market Rasen was missed .

Why cannot this company provide wifi like all its competitors do? Your phone will try to connect only to be told Stagecoach have turned it off. I tried reporting this but no one bothered to reply...till I got an automated email asking how happy I was with the response. In terms of providing buses, this company is pretty good, but it's getting left behind. And it needs to bother to respond to customers.

My local bus failed to show, there was a large number of people at the bus stop coming from the festival. At the stop a rep and a driver from Stagecoach were putting people onto their buses to at least get them closer to their destination. We were placed onto a bus which dropped us 15 mins from our place and I was very grateful to Stagecoach. Otherwise it would have been a very very long walk...

RCT South Wales.From August; buses merging,some cancelled and a new timetable for the whole shooting-match. Instead of multiple simple timetables that show departure/arrival times that can be interpreted by the average person, they have concocted something that tries to cover the whole lot - and its utter garbage, visually its nonsense. And after all the staff hours that went into producing these schedules..you cant rely on any of the info on it; buses late,early or even cancelled. The only way to get your bus on time is to use their live app. Problem is there that many of us dont have smart-fones due to cost or the age of the person. Its now come down to turning up at your stop and waiting in hope that your chosen bus turns up..sometime..within an hour. The government is forcing us out of our cars on to public transport and our public transport is this farce. Im retired with a concessionary pass, I can afford to stand and wait for a bus to come by..at SOME time within the hour. Working people cant. I really do feel for them, and they are paying ever-increasing costs for the privilige of waiting, sometimes in vain.
