The new drivers at Stagecoach are brilliant and very polite compared to some of the older drivers who can't even be bothers to smile or utter a word. The bus service is vastly improved now there are more new drivers. The H ( Arle Farm Cheltenham) bus and 41( Tewkesbury Gloucestershire) drivers are especially very good.

Over my time in Lincolnshire so far , I couldn't find anything wrong with them. Returned lost property that I stupidly left on the bus to Mablethorpe and made sure I got to my destination when I boarded the bus in Grimsby and delays meant the connection at Market Rasen was missed .

My local bus failed to show, there was a large number of people at the bus stop coming from the festival. At the stop a rep and a driver from Stagecoach were putting people onto their buses to at least get them closer to their destination. We were placed onto a bus which dropped us 15 mins from our place and I was very grateful to Stagecoach. Otherwise it would have been a very very long walk...

My husband is a retired professional driver and regularly takes the bus at lunchtime to visit Devizes from Seend. We caught the bus this evening and Dawn was driving. She was courteous and friendly when we boarded and my husband commented that she was a good driver. Accolade indeed. I'm so used to being met by grumpy curt drivers it made a refreshing change. Too many reviews are made when things go wrong so I thought it would be nice for a positive feedback for a change.

caught bus from Barnstaple up Sticklepath Hill at about 2pm on Wed 17th May. Lady bus driver called Lorna, we sat at front of bus and therefore could not help but observe her interactions as people got on/off/asked questions. She was friendly, patient, helpful, cheerful and bantered happily with customers as they got on but multitasked so there was no delay in moving on. Made everyone cheerful because she was such a cheerful delightful driver thankyou
