SPIRIT Tracking Order Status

Received damaged order that was crushed in the mail due to improper shipping packing. You can't ship plastic items in an envelope and expect them to not get crushed. They do not refund shipping cost. Now I have to re-order the item and pay the extra shipping. Of course, there is the option to exchange it at the store, but that defeats the purpose of online shopping and there is a chance they won't have the same item in the store. In this circumstance shipping cost should be waved, or the item should be replaced at no cost to the customer. The packing means was out of my control. I will be less likely to buy online again.

I purchased a glitter and gem makeup kit for a party only three days ago. However, when I opened the glitter gel, it was completely solid and useless. I went into the store from which I purchased, explaining the product was defective and that I'd just like to exchange it for one that was not. After speaking with two people claiming they were managers, I was refused the exchange because the product was opened--but how would I know the product was defective UNLESS I opened it? I've managed retail before, so I understand the general return policies to be able to refund money for items that are resalable only, but this is just awful customer care and a completely absurd return/exchange policy. Not only was my product defective, but if I had to guess, it's likely other like items on the shelf are also defective and should be removed from the shelf altogether as well. After this in-store experience, with little hope, I contacted the corporate 800-number, and I was told the same thing. The takeaway: 1) do NOT buy makeup at a Spirit Halloween EVER and 2) corporate greed wins again.

The management and employees at the Martinsburg, WV store were so amazing in helping me find and purchase what I needed. The store looked amazing as well! I have recommended to everyone I know to go and shop at this location only just because of how friendly and helpful the management and staff were, especially the Assistant Manager Matt and Store Manager Susan. I have been to the other locations and this one is by far the best one EVER!!! 5 ⭐ 's!!!!Keep up the awesome job guys!!!!

I think it’s sooo important to not just review companies when things go wrong, but to also acknowledge when a company gets it right and offers great customer care! I love Spirit Halloween and the annual trek there to look at all the Halloween goodies. However, their website has *a lot* of really great stuff that you can’t get in the stores! Everyone knows most of the bagged costumes Spirit and other stores sell aren’t very high quality, but their sweatshirts, tees, cross body bags, press-on nails, and many decor items are fantastic. I recently placed an order and received the package within just a couple of days; unfortunately, one of the items was incorrect (was supposed to be a sweatshirt and was sent a prop knife instead). The customer service team member I spoke with was very friendly and super responsive, and I was immediately shipped out the correct item. You can DM them on twitter or instagram, use the live chat feature on their site, or call their customer service number to get help. I really appreciate how quickly my issue was corrected! I love Spirit and can’t wait for Halloween 🎃

Never order any decorations or costumes but I always order their exclusive funko's and never had a problem with shipping or receiving my products. The only gripe I have is that the way you package your products is total ass cheeks. A blind monkey with no hands can package my product better. It's not that hard to use bubble wrap.
