Spirit Airlines Tracking Order Status

Good budget carrier. All services meet expectations for the price you pay for a cheap flight. I honestly don't understand other customers who pay $50 for a Houston-New York flight and complain about narrow seats haha

Well having read the reviews for various airlines, in which they all get bad reviews, this airline seemed to be the least worst. Our flight was delayed by 2.5 hours due to storms which obviously is not their fault. What was annoying was when all the information boards kept saying ‘on time’ when it clearly wasn’t. Then once we were on board the pilot announced that we would be leaving in 5-10 minutes after refuelling, and we still sat there for about 20 minutes before the refuelling even started. The only positive thing was the staff were nice. The seats are narrow and uncomfortable, and we paid extra for the exit row. I’m not huge but I couldn’t comfortably sit back without feeling uncomfortable about having to touch the stranger next to me. The plane on landing was so noisy it felt like it was going to shake apart. I most definitely would never fly with them again.

I accidentally booked my flight for the wrong date, noticed the error immediately and called spirit customer service to fix it. I didn't have to wait long before I was connected with a very kind woman who spoke perfect English. Spirit let me change the date of my trip and informed me they now let customers modify their flights for no charge, I hadn't even bought the flight cancellation insurance. The change showed up immediately on my spirit airlines itinerary. So far, I've had nothing but success flying budget airlines, fingers crossed it continues.

After multiple flight delays I was able to finally board and fly home. It didnt help we were stuck on the tarmac for 45 mins before we took off nor did we have an open gate to go to when we landed. We had to get of the plane and walk outside instead of using a normal gate. Not really sure whats up with spirit and I feel bad for the people that work there bc I was not the only one that was upset.

Strange that most people are complaining but why are Spirit flights always full? To add salt to wound, they keep expanding with new planes!
