Spartan UK Tracking Order Status

Viele Bewertungen geben das wieder, was ich leider auch erfahren habe. Im Grunde ein tolles Rennen und Abenteuer. Immer gut organisiert. Aber wehe es geht was mit dem Bezahlen schief, fehlerhafte Abbuchung, Rückerstattung usw., dann hast du zu kämpfen. Du kriegst einfach keine brauchbaren Antworten (wenn überhaupt), alles ist dann sehr schleierhaft und unbefriedigend. 5 Anfragen ergeben 1 Antwort, wenn du Glück hast.

In der Vergangenheit gab es Probleme bei den Zahlungen und Rückerstattungen. Mittlerweile ist es viel besser geworden. Umbuchen klappen reibungslos (mit Gebühr) und Gutscheine als Ersatz für ausgefallene Rennen gab es ebenfalls. Ein Rennen gebucht welches ausgefallen ist und bei Absage kam ein 80% und ein 20% Gutschein Code. Ok, deswegen 4 von 5 Sterne. Man muss trotzdem zahlen und ein Rennen mehr machen. Support konnte mir immer schnell und einfach helfen.

Booked a race for 20 people, the whole time being offered a 20% discount, until it got to the page for payment and then they despite saying it was 20% off (right at the top of the page) they didn't apply this discount. We have decided to email the customer services, requesting the discount that they wouldn't offer the group discount when booking. From what others have said, this is unlikely to result in a discount. If we don't, I'll update to let people know they'll scam you. If they do offer the discount, I'll bump them to 2 stars as this is ridiculous. No phone number listed to call for bookings, and the website is absolutely atrocious. Could barely find information on the different races, and very little information on what is actually involved. Edit: All of the above is still true, they did however admit their mistake and give the offered discount, after a bit of chasing.

I love Spartan. Have run 30+ races with them and it has changed my life. Their support struggled when they laid off 90% of staff through the pandemic but that’s to be expected. Quality race, quality merchandise, fantastic experience.

The race is whatever. It's a participation trophy event. It's nothing special. No matter your place, you're getting a medal. It's not so difficult that someone would quit halfway through. But what's really bad is the customer service. I mean, they are just awful. I asked a question about tickets for events, and for whatever reasons, they decided it prudent that they refunded a person in my group the event fees. I didn't ask for refunds or idea how brought this person into the conversation, but this was customer service's idea of answering a question... I asked why it happened they said they don't know what they're doing, but what is done is done. Now this person has gone back and try to re-enter a race canceled them from... I know it reads confusing, but I imagine being a part of it. Quite possibly the worst version of customer service. Needless to say, my entire party had to withdraw from the event because who wants to support such a travesty that is the Spartan Race.
