SPANX Tracking Order Status

I love the clothes and up until this last week I would have given five starts forsure. Great quality. Simple but lovely. Shipping has all be fine, even on an order I placed at the beginning of the strike- However— be aware they are clearly having huge issues!!!!!! Which they aren’t making buyers aware of. Not sure what has gone on with their shipping- I placed an order ten days ago and still haven’t had it even shipped. When I spoke with a member today- they said it would be shipped within a week or two! Shipped only! And they went onto complain about how the strike has been really tough and high demand etc. very disappointing! And sad for a company with such great clothing as customer service is everything and they are really failing on their end.

Spanx products are wonderful. The Booty Boosting Leggings are extremely comfortable and the 7/8 length is perfect, even for someone who is of petite height.

I ordered some pants. When the order arrived it did not look like the picture. When I contacted customer service I explained my concern. The Representative explained the policy but began working on a solution. In the end I was satisfied. I love the products and will continue to buy from the company

The product is very low quality. Customer service practically non-existent. When I wrote reviews - several times - they disappeared from the website. Maybe 2 is too high!

Purchased the ´ Seamless Power Sculpting High-Waisted Mid-Thigh Short´ in medium, I am 5’5, 130 lbs. Fit is so tight, it seemed & felt like a very tight girdle and , it showed under the garment that I had one on. Returning it and my fault, I had not read the $15 processing fee prior to buying it. Had I read that, I would have gone to The Bay or elsewhere. Lesson learned, never again
