SPANX – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Spanx products are wonderful. The Booty Boosting Leggings are extremely comfortable and the 7/8 length is perfect, even for someone who is of petite height.

I ordered some pants. When the order arrived it did not look like the picture. When I contacted customer service I explained my concern. The Representative explained the policy but began working on a solution. In the end I was satisfied. I love the products and will continue to buy from the company

I made an online shopper's amateur mistake: Putting returns into the wrong mailing packages. I sent my return for Boston Proper to Spanx and vice versa. You can see my review of how Boston Proper handled it; this is about Spanx. Spanx couldn't find my returned Boston Proper pants at their returns center, so to make things right, they refunded me the amount of the Boston Proper pants! (They knew the price because I sent them the order slip.) They sent me cash to my PayPal account! How nice is that? Obviously, they didn't have to, but it was so kind of them and I sincerely appreciate it. This level of effort to make a customer happy gains them customer loyalty. I'm very happy with the service and their ethical standards.

My first Spanx purchase was a twill wide legged pant which I first saw at Nordstrom and then went to Spanx for my size. Loved it. After, I purchased the cocoon jacket which I purchased from Nordstrom during their yearly sale. The quality of the product is fantastic and it’s priced accordingly. I then bought several items directly from Spanx. I am not a fan of Spanx’s return policy. You pay for shipping unless you are doing an exchange. This wouldn’t be so bad but for the sizing issues I found with Spanx. As a result if I can purchase items from Nordstrom I will (best customer service and return policy). I only purchase from Spanx if Nordstrom does not have the size or color. However, the Spanx products are fantastic!

Purchased jeans and pants from spanx more than a month ago. I was amazed at the superior quality of the clothing - fabric, design, and fit. Hands down, the most flattering pants that I have ever owned. Since then, I have purchased several more pants/jeans and have loved each pair. Shipping is a bit slower than other online retailers, but worth the wait. Super impressed!
