Do not buy. This product does not work consistently which makes me wonder how accurate it is when it does work. You can’t get a refund. Support is limited and not really useful. Nbhnm

It's the cheapest of them all and will provide plenty of sleep insights - when it works. This is often not the case. I'd say it's about 50-50 between the nights or does track data and the nights or doesn't. And when it doesn't, it really doesn't. Nothing. No data. Apparently the problem is in the ring. So for a 'mere' 20 bucks to can buy a fingertip attachment from the company in which you can place the device. This should make the device work more often and make the data more reliable. There seems to be an issue with how reliable the data is as well. I read this in another review

Very good experience overall, after 1.5 years of use of the ring version. Excellent price, and no monthly fees (but you must create an account and confirm it every few months). I've not used other sleep trackers, so i cannot do an A/B comparison. I had an installation problem (the User Manual was very basic), so i emailed Tech Support and they responded in several hours and solved the problem. It has many useful and detailed reports, incl. minute-by-minute graphs of most parameters - excellent! I have used it every night and reviewed reports each day. It stopped working a couple weeks ago. I emailed Tech Support and they again replied promptly with a "reset" procedure; now works fine again. Complaints? The blood-oxygen readings are questionable -- much lower than my pulse oximeter. I will try the fingertip adapter soon. The heart rate data agrees closely. Also, the sensor can slip out of the silicon ring if you remove it from your ringer too roughly. General comment: I can't understand how any ring (or watch) is physically able to measure AHI or sleep stage accurately, but the readings appear plausible and monitoring day-to-day variations is very useful to me. Overall: I'm quite pleased with it and I continue to use it every night.

I bought the ring-style Sleepon device mainly to monitor nighttime SpO2, and secondarily to monitor my sleep quality. I found it to be a mediocre SpO2 monitor and a very misleading, almost useless, sleep-stage recorder. As far as SpO2 goes, the device does record all night and give useful information for tracking night-to-night trends. However, it must be calibrated by comparing it to a trustworthy fingertip pulse oximeter. SleepOn consistently gives readings 2%-4% below the other monitor, so adjust the hypoxia alarm accordingly! More seriously, the SleepOn device reports wildly long deep-sleep durations, and goes well beyond the science in breaking down the sleep stages into N1, N2, N3, and N4 durations. For example, on one recent night of disrupted sleep, SleepOn reported 3h 12m of deep sleep, while my Garmin VivoSmart 4 reported 0h 38m, my Oura ring gave 0h, 09m, and my Muse-S mini-EEG (my gold standard for sleep stages) gave 0h 0m. The SleepOn is a clear outlier – and consistently reports 2-3 hours of deep sleep when all of the other monitors report much less than 1 hour. In sum: if all you want is a comfortable SpO2 monitor, this device might work, if you first check it against a fingertip monitor you trust. However, do NOT rely on it to measure sleep quality – its deep-sleep assessment is wildly inaccurate!
