Do not buy. This product does not work consistently which makes me wonder how accurate it is when it does work. You can’t get a refund. Support is limited and not really useful. Nbhnm

The device is accurate, easy to use and reasonably priced.

Do not recommend. The device goes haywire, constantly ‘recording’ lower rates of sleep, or not recording at all. It starts up when I am not in the room, not wearing it. I left it behind on a trip away and it recorded a full sleep. Save your money. This tracker is unreliable. I wish I had read the reviews 67% 1 star before purchasing it. I’m not expecting my money back, given the other experiences with this company.

Very bad company to buy anything from. I purchased a new Sleepon 3 ring and discovered a fault. I have emailed them numerous times to get a replacement ring and they agreed it is faulty but they are now ignoring my emails. They are selling a devices that have faults and do not replace or refund. Avoid.

Very good experience overall, after 1.5 years of use of the ring version. Excellent price, and no monthly fees (but you must create an account and confirm it every few months). I've not used other sleep trackers, so i cannot do an A/B comparison. I had an installation problem (the User Manual was very basic), so i emailed Tech Support and they responded in several hours and solved the problem. It has many useful and detailed reports, incl. minute-by-minute graphs of most parameters - excellent! I have used it every night and reviewed reports each day. It stopped working a couple weeks ago. I emailed Tech Support and they again replied promptly with a "reset" procedure; now works fine again. Complaints? The blood-oxygen readings are questionable -- much lower than my pulse oximeter. I will try the fingertip adapter soon. The heart rate data agrees closely. Also, the sensor can slip out of the silicon ring if you remove it from your ringer too roughly. General comment: I can't understand how any ring (or watch) is physically able to measure AHI or sleep stage accurately, but the readings appear plausible and monitoring day-to-day variations is very useful to me. Overall: I'm quite pleased with it and I continue to use it every night.
