SiriusXM Tracking Order Status

I just love everything about Sirius XM radio. So many different options I have. Whatever mood I’m in I can find it on my radio. I recently renewed my membership, and am so glad I did...👍🏻

Getting tired of hearing the same songs over and over. I listen mostly to classic vinyl and classic rewind. Please change the song list more often. I know there were a lot more songs than what you keep playing. It’s like listening to top 40.

Have had connection issues; frustrating. BUT---I think I have died and gone to heaven listening to the Chucho Valdes on channel 67!!!! Absolutely love it!Please say this will be happening on a regular basis!!

I love the product but the overseas customer service is absolutely horrible, and yesterday was the last straw. Usually it's the language barrier, but yesterday it was some clown playing games. I cancelled the service at the end of the current period. I rarely listen to Sirius but it's nice to have, as my grandchildren like Sirius. I probably won't return until I can speak to a stateside customer service person. Update: I spoke to a stateside CSR in the following days and everything was ironed out, well almost. Service was restored to one vehicle but not the other. Will have to find time this weekend or next week for the service restoration process. One can ask for a stateside CSR, as I found out - highly recommended.

Shady company that purposefully makes it difficult to cancel and will lie to their own customers so that each month credit card will be charged. Stay far away they behave like a scam.
