SiriusXM – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I just love everything about Sirius XM radio. So many different options I have. Whatever mood I’m in I can find it on my radio. I recently renewed my membership, and am so glad I did...👍🏻

Have had connection issues; frustrating. BUT---I think I have died and gone to heaven listening to the Chucho Valdes on channel 67!!!! Absolutely love it!Please say this will be happening on a regular basis!!

I love the product but the overseas customer service is absolutely horrible, and yesterday was the last straw. Usually it's the language barrier, but yesterday it was some clown playing games. I cancelled the service at the end of the current period. I rarely listen to Sirius but it's nice to have, as my grandchildren like Sirius. I probably won't return until I can speak to a stateside customer service person. Update: I spoke to a stateside CSR in the following days and everything was ironed out, well almost. Service was restored to one vehicle but not the other. Will have to find time this weekend or next week for the service restoration process. One can ask for a stateside CSR, as I found out - highly recommended.

I recently had a awesome experience with a Sirius XM representative. I was being charged 33.00 monthly for my car so I called to get it removed due to the fact that I knew I bought a lifetime subscription back in the day but they weren't applying it. Long story short, the representative not only found my lost lifetime subscription but removed the one I was being charged for and applied the lifetime subscription. Her name is Aya from Sirius. She went out of her way to help me so much. Caring attitude. I appreciate her service.
