Shutterfly Tracking Order Status

I placed order may 9 on the 13 money came off my card and it said order was complete but UPS label just sat on my account. No emails or communication, so I contacted them on the 28th and the only option offered was reorder with no expedited delivery or anything to compensate for their error and now I am over a month waiting for a birthday gift I required by May 31. Poor quality in customer service, problem solving. Wait times on phone were over 1/2 hour and getting to a live chat was also over 1/2 hour. I will NEVER use this company again and I will tell everyone NOT to use them. My book better be nice or I will ask for a full refund.

I got my family 16x20 canvas prints of our family for Christmas and they loved them. I also bought one for my grandson and his girlfriend it made them cry

I have been getting my photos developed at shutterfly for years, and the last couple of years i have noticed the quality of the pictures is not good. I am not happy with them any more. The paper they use is not good quality, and the pictures are flimsy, and way thinner than they used to be. I did a test, and had the same 4 pictures developed, that i just got back from shutterfly, at walmart, to compare them, and the pictures i got from walmart were way sharper, and the paper was heavier, and name brand paper. I will pay a few pennies more, and take them to walmart. Ive probably used shutterfly for 20+ years, but im done getting my pictures developed there. Shutterflys quality is no longer acceptable for me!!

UPD You have to give credit when credit is due! They did print the product and overnighted the package with Saturday delivery in time for Mother's day. 4 stars for owning the issue and making it right. Exceptionally bad! Sent me an email that the order is shipped, but in reality, never printed it. IPS showed It was sitting waiting for a pickup for a week and when asked customer service where is my Mother's day gift was told "we can offer a refund to your card." The phone system never called me back (requested a callback), also said there is no wait for the chat: I was number 47 and had to wait for 30 min. Representatives are useless and answering with copy/paste like a chatbot with glorified phrases like " I can truly understand how this would feel. Rest assured that I will not leave any stone unturned to get this addressed at the earliest." This just adds an insult to an injury.
