I got my family 16x20 canvas prints of our family for Christmas and they loved them. I also bought one for my grandson and his girlfriend it made them cry

UPD You have to give credit when credit is due! They did print the product and overnighted the package with Saturday delivery in time for Mother's day. 4 stars for owning the issue and making it right. Exceptionally bad! Sent me an email that the order is shipped, but in reality, never printed it. IPS showed It was sitting waiting for a pickup for a week and when asked customer service where is my Mother's day gift was told "we can offer a refund to your card." The phone system never called me back (requested a callback), also said there is no wait for the chat: I was number 47 and had to wait for 30 min. Representatives are useless and answering with copy/paste like a chatbot with glorified phrases like " I can truly understand how this would feel. Rest assured that I will not leave any stone unturned to get this addressed at the earliest." This just adds an insult to an injury.

Sampling Shutterfly AI is the most stimulating activity I've enjoyed. Better than a game, you get art. It's arguable whether Art issues from a machine, isn't it? The Shutterfly machine is amazing, talented, colorful, practically infinite in its ability to emulate ideas that may be forming in your head. It takes suggestion without any complaint, and makes the changes that you describe when apparently it senses there could be more expression. It will prompt you and ask you would you like to do this or that to your creation? I look forward to learning other kinds of AI, but I'm satisfied with the starter edition of Shutterfly, and I will highly recommend it to everyone I know. That said, what does my title mean? I've created 27 projects over the past 15 years on Shutterfly. This includes 15 different photo books. Each and every time, I've always received excellent, professional customer service and beautiful books. I custom design all my books. There may have been a couple of times over the years that I needed Shutterfly to help with a mistake. However, they stand behind there products 100%. If you aren't an experienced design person then ask for help. Use high quality photos!!! Remember Shutterfly didn't take the pictures. The photo quality of books and cards depend on what you upload. Low quality photos will create poor quality projects; so don't blame Shutterfly for your photos. They will make what you approve. Start your project early enough to allow for help and receive book in ample time in case the book or cards need to be possibly replaced if it's the direct fault of Shutterfly.
