They punished my pillow for questioning our fraud election. BOYCOTT this store until they relent

Beware of used watches. I purchased a Bulova quartz watch. I knew it was old stock because the model is discontinued, but I took a chance. It arrived and was not running. Because I liked the watch, I sent it to the Bulova warranty center for a battery change. Bulova honored the warranty but reported back that the watch was worn and faded under the crystal and needed to be cleaned. How does this happen with a new watch? Clearly SHOPHQ is passing off USED merchandise as new. Customer Service will tell you that they do not sell used watches, but they apparently do.

I've ordered probably 5 x from Shop HQ before with no issues. This time was different. I ordered a ring that the ad stated it was Dallas Prince. Dallas Prince, the designer appeared in the video talking about the ring. I buy and sell designer jewelry and generally I am very careful to check that the proper makers marks are on the piece- but since it was new and HQ with Dallas Prince saying it was hers- I bought the ring. I got it and it was attractive- but no big DP- as all my other Dallas Price rings have right down the bottom middle so I looked -nothing. Looked again -with a loop-nothing. Not only is it unacceptable to sell a designer ring w/o a makers mark and LOWERS the VALUE, it is false advertising, bait and switch?? Dallas Prince should be embarrassed to appear on a video stating it her design- w/o her signature DP makers mark...and no disclosure.Along with the ring comes a card and the card says "your loyalty means everything to us".The other side "didn't love your order? Tell us how we can make it up to you." So I called and asked why my designer ring had no makers marks and was told I don't know-(not I will find out). I said-I like the ring but it is advertised it as D.P. with Dallas Prince on the video-if I try to resell at any point claiming it is designer, nobody will believe that because her rings like Benham, Michael Valitutti are supposed to have the makers marks. She said"I don't know what you want me to say, but use the return shipping and we'll refund you when it gets back to us. (Not customer friendly.) I got off and wondered were they going to charge me for the label-(it says free returns but will they give me shipping and taxes. Was this a bait and switch and then how does a designer go along with this? Why no disclosure?(People who buy designer expect a label whether it is clothes, handbags,or jewelry. I wrote a review and said this will be my last purchase after being charged for a designer ring that was not shown to be a designer product. They wrote back and said," you can send it back at no charge to you and we will refund when received" -oh and we will give you $10 off your NEXT purchase. Did they hear me or make it up to me trying to keep my business? I don't think so. Advice: before purchasing from Shop HQ or DallasPrince -ask" if it has makers marks that you recognize?" I have 3-4 DP's and 50 N.H, and more NB's,BJC or g-but not one is missing the signature marks. No HQ- I didn't" love my order", or the treatment from customer service, or your ignoring me when I said I wouldn't purchase again and your way of "making it up" was on my NEXT purchase?! Your inability to treat a customer like an intelligent consumer is why.

Evine live is now shophq. It changed last year sometime. I can’t believe all the bad reviews. It is my favorite of the three online shopping channels though I mainly shop online. They overcharge for S&H, this is true. But, now with their VIP program, you can shop all you want for around $17 a month and get all S&H and return shipping charges refunded. Plus 5%cash back on the merchandise cost. Plus, lots of other stores are included such as Amazon, Costco, Lands End and more. I shop mainly for clothes and a bit of jewelry and home stuff. I have had a couple issues, but for the most part, their customer service has been very good. Products like EVERYWHERE... the good, the bad, and the ugly. No problem on returns within stated timeframe using their enclosed easy returns. They definitely have boutique and unusual items. I love their fashion host women! So down to earth, especially Erin. She is so real, but then I am a Wisconsin gal too.

With the year round 6 pay option available on the majority of their items, Shophq is a great source for seasonal and birthday purchases. There is a ton of selection and occasionally items can be found below regular retail prices. Several items are dated and not the most recent models/series, which can be a bit annoying, but the value is usually spot on. However, coupon codes are almost always exclusively for "new customers" only. Returning customers receive no incentive to continue business or reward for their loyalty. Other discount codes that often pop up are quickly taken down for reasons I assume are a site error to begin with. Just yesterday a code of "Impress20" was advertised and in less than an hour of seeing advertised code on their site, it was removed and no longer valid. It quickly resulted in a 2500.00 cart to be completely left behind. It does no good to attract new customers if there is no effort to retain them after their initial purchase. A little appreciation for current customers could go a long way.
