ShoeMall Tracking Order Status

I was really hesitant to shop at ShoeMall after reading reviews here, but they were the only retailer with the shoes I wanted available in my size. My transaction was flawless. I ordered a pair of sandals from a brand I've worn before, so I wasn't anticipating any fit or quality issues. The shoes arrived within a week, nicely packaged, and without any issues (brand new, never worn, no scuffs or marks). I'm very pleased with ShoeMall and will shop there again.

after reading all of the negative reviews i had to write one myself. i ordered a purse, which arrived ahead of schedule and a pair of shoe. i had to return the shoes for a larger size and everything went smoothly, no problems, no complaints. will buy again from the shoemall.

My wife ordered my new balance from shoemall because the particular color/style I wanted was out of stock at every walk in store including footlocker and champs as well as diks sporting goods(wouldn’t let me type the actual name). Shoes arrived on time without issue through fedex! Just a little word of advice to future review readers/potential customers, IF YOU DONT KNOW YOUR SHOE SIZE DONT ORDER SHOES ONLINE..(not yelling just emphasizing..) only concern I did have at first was the box the shoes came in it wasn’t a new balance box just a generic brown box. I’ve owned probably 15 pairs of NB over the past 20 years or so and they’ve always came in a NB box either way the shoes are legit and sized just right!! Will most likely order from them again.

Products ship quickly and quality is good. Returns are HORRIBLE! They charge you $7.95 using their label. It is a USPS label that gets transferred to FedEx. They don’t refund until the product reaches a specific warehouse. I received 3 different emails telling me “We Have It and to wait another 7 to 10 days for the refund. Refund only came after I emailed informing them that It was the third email. I experienced this with 2 different returns. It takes about 3 weeks from mailing to see the refund. I will only purchase from them if I am 100% sure on the sizing and will be sure I will not need to return.

The shoes I received are too big when I tried them on and I know they are a full size larger when I compared them to my existing shoes. All of this is below the reputation of this company. I tried to deal with trusted companies I gave 2 stars only because they responded to my emails in a timely manner and the shoes look like the pictures.i was trying to return this shoes back to the company so iwent online and i found their help dial which is ⁸have great customer service Finally got the return address to return this shoes back to the company When ordering you dont know its from China until after the transaction goes through and you see it on PAYPAL.
