ShoeMall – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was really hesitant to shop at ShoeMall after reading reviews here, but they were the only retailer with the shoes I wanted available in my size. My transaction was flawless. I ordered a pair of sandals from a brand I've worn before, so I wasn't anticipating any fit or quality issues. The shoes arrived within a week, nicely packaged, and without any issues (brand new, never worn, no scuffs or marks). I'm very pleased with ShoeMall and will shop there again.

after reading all of the negative reviews i had to write one myself. i ordered a purse, which arrived ahead of schedule and a pair of shoe. i had to return the shoes for a larger size and everything went smoothly, no problems, no complaints. will buy again from the shoemall.

My wife ordered my new balance from shoemall because the particular color/style I wanted was out of stock at every walk in store including footlocker and champs as well as diks sporting goods(wouldn’t let me type the actual name). Shoes arrived on time without issue through fedex! Just a little word of advice to future review readers/potential customers, IF YOU DONT KNOW YOUR SHOE SIZE DONT ORDER SHOES ONLINE..(not yelling just emphasizing..) only concern I did have at first was the box the shoes came in it wasn’t a new balance box just a generic brown box. I’ve owned probably 15 pairs of NB over the past 20 years or so and they’ve always came in a NB box either way the shoes are legit and sized just right!! Will most likely order from them again.

Honestly i ordered some timberland euro hiker boots from this site and never heard from it before . And after I made my order like 2 days later I wanted to check reviews and was horrified !! About them . BUT .... After my purchase I received updates about my item and I made my order on 5/7/21 and I just got it today on 5/14/21 just one week later . So just so everyone knows you can't always go on what you read there are many factors to Every order so I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again from shoemall. Thanks

I received my shoe order today, a few days later than expected, but am very happy with my purchase. Shoes came in outside cardboard box within original packaging. The shoes are excellent. No other company had the shoes I wanted in the specific color except for ShoeMall. I would definitely shop with them again.
