Great service from Joanna and her trainee assistant out of Reno , NV. They identified the problem with our leaking dishwasher and fixed it. We received many updates on their arrival time via text and Joanna called with her ETA.

Ron very quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher. It was a drainage issue that was very easy for us to fix ourselves. Once we did that, the dishwasher ran as it was supposed to.

You want to know how the service on may 6th went, we never had service in may 6th! Your company does not respond, it is impossible to talk to a live person and I will report your company to the better business bureau!

First of all, I was quoted a charge of $99 just to check out my washing machine. I ended up paying $127.99, including tax. Michael, the repairman, was friendly and came by on time. However, I get the feeling that his attitude was that my machine is old so don't expect much. I expect to get an attitude of: "I just charged you $127 for labor and if it acts up again within 30 days, we'll come back and fix it." I wouldn't call them back.

We were happy with our experience. We were able to track the technician's route, so we had a very good idea of his arrival time. Mr. David, the technician, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also was careful not to make a mess. He did his job and left everything clean. He was very courteous and polite. We will ask for him next time we need a repair. We are satisfied customers.
