Great service from Joanna and her trainee assistant out of Reno , NV. They identified the problem with our leaking dishwasher and fixed it. We received many updates on their arrival time via text and Joanna called with her ETA.

Ron very quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher. It was a drainage issue that was very easy for us to fix ourselves. Once we did that, the dishwasher ran as it was supposed to.

We were happy with our experience. We were able to track the technician's route, so we had a very good idea of his arrival time. Mr. David, the technician, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also was careful not to make a mess. He did his job and left everything clean. He was very courteous and polite. We will ask for him next time we need a repair. We are satisfied customers.

Our service tech was great and consistently on time. Easy to contact and great e-mail updates. Our only problem was it took two weeks to mail us a simple thermistor. That’s a long time to be without our oven.

He was very professional and gave us some good tips. We will call for another maintenance inspection in October. Thanks Sears for service.
