I ordered a dress from Sarah Pacini, which unfortunately did not fit. So the return was requested and the dress immediately sent back on March 4th .. According to tracking number the dress was handed over to the recipient's address on March 10th but until April 3rd the amount was not transferred back (23 days until today). By the way; according to the terms and conditions the refund should happen within 15 days?!. I send several mails and made 2 phone calls with ELINE VERHULST from the customer care, in which she promised me to refund the money due to the long waiting time but no refund took place. Allegedly there have been internal forwarding problems, which is really not my problem. By phone I couldn’t get through any more. (maybe they saw my number...) I opened a conflict in PAYPAL to get my money back and one day later I received my money back. I can only advise not to order online from Sarac Pacini, when you are not sure that you will keep the clothes. The clothes are really nice, but handling and customer care is really unprofessional for this price range.

I wish I had consulted Trustpilot before ordering another item from them. Great website, nice products but poor customer service. I bought a sweater which was never delivered because (I suspect) they put the wrong address on it so it was returned to their warehouse. They promised me a PayPal refund last week. It’s not rocket science - other companies refund the same day so why not you Sarah Pacini? Why are you so slow to reply to emails asking about progress with repaying me for an item I never received?

I know there have been several bad reviews of this company, but I have had a very positive experience. I bought a sale item at a very good discount, it arrived earlier than expected and beautifully packaged. The cardigan I bought is lovely quality, looks like the picture on the website, I am very pleased with it.
