Ryka Tracking Order Status

I bought a pair of Ryka shoes because I thought they were supposed to be great to stand and walk in all day .. these hurt the top of my feet after 2 days .. I had to take my shoe off half way thru the day and walk on the heel of the shoe because the top of my feet hurt so bad . Bottom of feet good , top of feet horrible .. u need to make shoes comfortable all the way around the foot !

So ordered 12 pairs for our disabled son and me because someone recommended (life is complicated with his cares and they were on sale). They came and I did not realize you were suppose to try them all out within 30 days or you are stuck. So the second pair I tried since we have indoor shoes and outdoor shoes was defective, but since these were my outside shoes they would not take back. They said you could ship them back at your cost, but no guarantee they will refund. I also realized 2 were the wrong color and because past 30 days to bad. Will only get Kizik's now since they actually have good customer service. It was so obvious from the responses customer service is not a priority. I will make sure to tell the group who recommended them.

Love the shoes! Have probably 20+ pairs of Ryka shoes. But, we ordered over a month ago still No shoes! Where's our shoes Ryka? No Christmas present for my spouse because we haven't received our order!

I did some internet research on women's walking shoes. They mentioned Ryka. Tried them on. They may have a European name but surely do not fit European feet. You need big/wide heels or you slip right out. Are they related to Skechers? Same problem there. If you are blessed with perfect feet stick to Nike, Reebok, New Balance and others. But never Ryka or Skechers.

I have problem feet due to an odd assortment of issues. They are small, but very wide and I have a high arch as well. 50 years of struggles have resulted in my wearing sandals all year long. Ryka has made the first and only pair that wide is truly wide and my big toe does not overhang creating calluses during my long walks. Well done. A+++++++++
