Roov don't offer free returns

Apparently next day delivery is the day after they send it not ordered! 😡🤣 Will not use again for something I want next day. Bloody joke

I made a order online on 25th Jan which was then updated to be sent via Hermes on 26th Jan. Since then, Hermes sent me an email saying the delivery will be delayed and I have heard nothing back since. I have filled the roov customer service form last week and did not get a reply. I even phoned their customer service and left a message but noone rang me back. When tracking my delivery on Hermes, it just states that they have it but I have no way of escalating the delivery and finding out an estimated delivery dates despite me paying for 2-3 days delivery. In summary, I paid for my purchase which has yet to show up after more than 10 days, and don’t know if it will ever turn up at this rate. Update: Finally got a refund after 1/2 a month.

I bought more than 200 products at Christmas time. Thank You for the fast delivery, but some of them were damaged in transit. I tried to contact them, they said they have issued a refund for damaged items. I did not get a refund and tried to reach them about my issue. They ignored me. Still got no answer and refund. Poor customer service.

It was pleasant to shop on roov.co.uk until a few months ago, when it became impossible to get through to them. I received a damaged item and tried repeatedly to contact them since August without success. I eventually gave up as there was just no way to get through. I then got an email last week telling me they are changing websites at the end of November and that any unused points etc needed to be used before the end of the month. I have tried to do so without success as it seems they already moved websites and seem not to have any recollection of the previous transactions. Once again I have lost out. I have become very weary of them and shall not be shopping on ROOV again.
