Fantastic Customer service

Fantastic Customer service! I had an issue with Hermes and one of my parcels unfortunately went missing, however Robinsons were fantastic with a full refund given and full apologies, (and since gave me a good will gesture) and my next order to be shipped with DPD (due to mine going missing with Hermes) would highly recommend!
