Fantastic Customer service! I had an issue with Hermes and one of my parcels unfortunately went missing, however Robinsons were fantastic with a full refund given and full apologies, (and since gave me a good will gesture) and my next order to be shipped with DPD (due to mine going missing with Hermes) would highly recommend! I re-ordered and I am delighted with my items. Thank you!

Good store excellent customer service

Brilliant communication. Ordered, had a email with in a hour offering refund as was out of stock but then had another email to say stock had just arrived. Item arrives next morning by 10am. Very impressed.
