Reservations Tracking Order Status

Updated- after a bit of back and forth the company refunded my service fee. I made a reservation with reservations.com and was charged a service fee thinking it would all be refundable if I cancelled. Unfortunately there is a service fee of 21 dollars. The company did not refund that. In addition the rate was 303 dollars per night but when the reservation was made the total was 404 dollars. Be very careful if you work with this company.

Stayed at Comfort Inn Sea tac. Stay was nice, room clean, nice breakfast. We parked our vehicle for the week and left on a cruise. 2 days into the cruise we were contacted by the Kent Police and told our truck was involved in a robbery. The hotel did not even realize it was missing! Don't park your vehicle here. When we reported it to hotel staff they did not even offer to refund our parking fee. They also informed us they were not responsible. I am sure stolen vehicles is a common occurrence at this hotel.
