Ashley, listen, then locked up to see if she could accommodate my request. She couldn't find my requested price range,,but EXPLAINED why...because prices are up due to pandemic. She was able to still find an acceptable rate for me a senior in need for emergency only. She EXPLAINED the room and rate was non refundable and why. I so appreciated her expertise...give her a raise!!

We called at the last minute fir two rooms or a suite. What we initially asked for was not available. Lindsey took the time and found the perfect solution for us. I wish I could call her anytime we need reservations!! Thank you Lindsey!
